Design

Our creative and versatile approach towards design and development enables us to produce prototype and bespoke components from the initial concept stages right through to manufacture, we use both Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor 3D modelling programs along with AutoCAD 2D drafting software to create representations of the designs.

Manufacture

Once the design has been finalised our use of Computer Aided Machining software allows us to manufacture the designed components efficiently.  

Material Finishing & Treatment

We can also offer a variety of surface finishes ranging from Anodising, Chemical Blacking and powder coating along with traditional tool steel material hardening & tempering to Tufftriding surface treatment.
